No real license informations available: there's not ! Forthermore, JShape 3 is not a freeware (150$). But website JShape clearly say that "JShape 2 (including version 2.xx used here) is and will remain a freeware". JShape 2.xx is now used by many sites, and seems to be "de facto" in public domain (No juridical analysis done, yet).
